I’m not just a freelance writer. Since 2020, I’ve developed skills in video editing. I’ve also been a semi-pro photographer since 2018, mostly shooting nature and landscapes. Naturally, this means I’ve been learning Photoshop editing too.
Promotional Videos
I’ve been designing my own promotional videos and book trailers for a couple of years now. Now I proudly offer them as a service for you.
Bronze
Length: Up to 10 seconds.
Ideal for: Social media animations.
What’s included: One clip or background image, text animation, animated element (such as a book cover). One ratio (1:1, 4:3, 16:9) specified by you.
Standard price £30.
Silver
Length: Up to 20 seconds.
Ideal for: Bite sized web video ads.
What’s included: Maximum three clips (two transitions) of video or images, text animation, animated element (such as a book cover), up to 20 seconds. One ratio (1:1, 4:3, 16:9) specified by you.
Standard price £60.
Gold
Length: Up to 30 seconds.
Ideal for: Book trailers
What’s included: As many clips as is reasonable (5-6 usually maximum recommended), music if required.
Standard price £100.
Any fonts, premium stock video, and music licenses will be additional to this (I will always use free content where available). Additional ratios will cost a further £5.
Promotional Banners
I have designed many banners for my books. Examples are below. I can do any size, any ratio (16:9 for Instagram stories and 1:1 for the Instagram grid are depicted).
I am not an illustrator. I use stock images in creating these banners.
One image cost: £20
Additional ratios will cost an extra £5 per image. For example, you’d like a 1:1 image for your Instagram grid, one 9:16 (tall) for Instagram story or TikTok, and a 16:9 (wide) for other social media, will cost £30.
Any fonts, premium stock images, will incur additional cost (I will always use free content where available).
